John Ross John Ross has more than seven years of experience in information technology and been involved in all project phases from analysis to implementation for a wide range of clients, including small business, Fortune 500, education and governmental institutions. John co-authored SPG 301: SharePoint Planning and Governance and served as a contributing author to Professional Microsoft SharePoint 2007 Design. He serves as a senior SharePoint consultant with SharePoint911 and is an active member of the SharePoint community speaking on a wide range of topics. John maintains a blog focused on many of the common SharePoint challenges he encounters in real world implementations. He lives in Orlando, FL with his wife, Vanessa and two children.
